You log into the DNS service through a web based control panel where it is possible to administer your DNS settings through a simple user interface. As part of the service, you can:

”Future-proof” DNS with IPv6 and DNSSEC support
 IPv4 (e.g. 171.101.121.22) is about to run out on available addresses which forces the transition to IPv6 for all companies. A requirement for the implementation of IPv6 is to have a DNS platform that can handle IPv6 records in the zone and that the DNS servers are resolving on IPv6 requests.
Excedo DNS has fully developed support for both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in the platform. This is also included as standard in all service packages at no extra cost.
 The security lack in the fundamental functioning of DNS has opened for various types of abuse and attacks where the answers to DNS queries can be falsified. In order to close this security gap the security extension for domain names DNSSEC can be used. With DNSSEC the domain name system is secured from abuse by cryptographically signing answers to DNS queries and ensuring that the answers really come from the right source and have not been changed during transit.
Excedo DNS offers DNSSEC as standard in all service packages at no extra cost. It is the only way to get a secure domain name.
