      <title>.ME Top Level Domain soon to be released....

      <description>During the next coming months the .ME Top Level Domain will be released in different phases:
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;May 1 - May 6:Montenegro Sunrise&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Only applications from Montenegro will be allowed and will be sent directly to the registry. In this phase only companies and private persons with trademarks from montenegro will be able to apply for a domain name.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;May 6 - May 20: Generic Sunrise&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
All accredited registrars will be let in to the registry. In this phase trademark owners from the whole world will be able to apply for the .ME Top Level Domain.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;May 20 - June 6: Quiet period&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
The registry will be closed and auctions will be held for domains with more than one application.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;June 6 - June 26: Landrush&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
In this phase anyone can send applications for the .ME Top Level Domain. landrush domain names will be registered with a minimum of 2 years. Please note that proxy registrations will not be allowed in either landrush or sunrise.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;June 26 - July 15: Quiet Period&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Auctions will be held for domains with more than one application.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;July 17: Live registrations will begin&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;

Domain names will be registered on a first come first served basis.

      <description>Today at 13:00 the .ASIA top level domain will start with live registrations. Registrations will then be processed in a first-come first-serve basis. A .asia domain will cost 248 SEK/year excl VAT.

Landrush auctions are expected to start early to mid April and last through June. You will get a mail from Pool.com (noreply@dotasia.pool.com) when your domain will go to auction. Every auction will last 7 days.</description>

Thursdag march 20: Phone hours between 10:00-12:00&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Friday march 21: No phone hours.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Monday march 24: No phone hours.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;


We register domains as usual during the holidays and our support answers email via support@nameisp.com. On our answering machine there is an emergency number in case you need to reach us quickly.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;

      <title>.ASIA landrush...

      <description>NameISP has now started accepting landrush applications for the .asia top level domain. The landrush phase starts Febuary 20 and concludes March 12. If a domain gets more than one application the domain will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. A domain in the landrush phase will cost 496 SEK excluding VAT for 2 years.</description>

      <description>Today was the first .asia domain in EU registered, &amp;lt;a href=&amp;quot;http://www.nameisp.asia&amp;quot;&amp;gt;nameisp.asia&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
As a DotAsia Registrar, NameISP got priority to register the name.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;

DotAsia will apply a different method for the distribution of .asia domains.
Unlikely the introduction of .EU, the .asia domains that has multiple applicants will be auctioned to the highest bidder.

Below is the dates/rules for the different queue&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;

On october 9 the .asia sunrise period will commence. You can already submit your applications with NameISP. As we have previously told you the .asia sunrise will be in 3 seperate phases which are:
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;Sunrise 1&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Sunrise 1 begins on Oct 9, 2007 (Tue) and continues through Landrush
with an intermission from Oct 30 - Nov 13. It is designed for
Governmental Reserved Names, which are focused mainly on geographical
names and names that are relevant for governments in the context of the
ASIA domain.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;Sunrise 2&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Sunrise SR2a will progress between october 9 through october 30. Domains eligible for SR2a must have a trademark application cut-off date
of Mar 16, 2004 at the latest. Demonstrable usage of Mark must be
provided upon request. Furthermore the mark must be issued and valid.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Sunrise SR2b will progress between november 13 through january 15. Domains eligible for SR2b must have a trademark application cut-off date
of Dec 6, 2006 at the latest.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
Sunrise SR2c will progress between november 13 through january 15. The requirements for Sunrise 2c (SR2c) is the same as SR2b. SR2c however provides Extended Protection for registered mark holders by allowing for
registrations consisting of combinations of the registered mark itself
and words from the class description of the registered trademark.  For
example, if you own a registered mark &amp;quot;ABC&amp;quot; in Class 1: &amp;quot;Chemicals&amp;quot;
based on the NICE classification system, not only will you be able to
apply for &amp;quot;ABC.Asia&amp;quot; during SR2a/b, you may also apply for
&amp;quot;ABCchemicals.Asia&amp;quot; in SR2c.
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;Sunrise 3&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;

Sunrise SR3 will progress between november 13 through january 15. SR3 is designed for registered entities who do not have registered
trademarks for their brands and company names. Along with the domain
application, applicants must also upload an electronic copy of their
business registration certificate (or equivalent) as documentary
evidence of the entity registration.

      <description>Serbian National Register of Internet Domains (RNIDS) has announced that ICANN approved Serbia&amp;#8217;s application for the .RS domain. The vision is that the transition from the .YU domain to &amp;lt;a href=&amp;quot;/tld.asp?tld=rs&amp;quot;&amp;gt;.RS&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt; being complete by September 30, 2009. RNIDS will soon open a public debate on proposals for a rulebook on the registration of new domains and the transition from .YU to .RS.</description>
